CS is what? 8+ years old? the systems it was designed to play on are dinosaurs now but the machines playing them are ferrari's and saleens compared to when it started. As we try to jack our settings and such up we create more problems than we solve which leads to YOU not getting the most out of your game by trying to go beyond the parameters it was made for. you want things blazing fast? cs doesnt do blazing. but YOU do.
when it comes to rates and stuff ive noticed in my time ppl want it fast. they want that kill and most think having "the best" rates gives you that.

We can put on what ya like but theres some things we ask and to consider.

-One thread per map. Naming the thread with the map's name helps alot.

-Its my preference to only use "expert" level maps. Helps in not wasting time on junk.

-Please give a link to the map. Where we can get it from. fpsbanana and CsNation are popular. Screenshots are nice to have.

-That maps thread will be the place to discuss if its bad or not. Volcom's bad map thread is always an option as well.

If a map is buggy, poorly done or just bad? TELL US!

Ive been gettin questions from crowd and crew about bindings and whats goin on there. How to do some of the stuff we have and thought id make this for ya guys. Some of this will cover what the other thread may have left out and add some new stuff as well. If binding from the console isnt your thing this might be more your style. hope it helps. All of these can be used manually but binding streamlines it.
These will go in your cfg. file in your cstrike directory. Change the key to your preference but this is how its gonna look in there. These are from my main config.

Only three people should be posting in these threads.
1. The person bringing the evidence
2. The rulebreaker/accused
3. The admin(s) on the case
-Witnesses or anyone with info of what happened on the scene is acceptable.

In short, Do Not Spam the rulebreaker forum.
Bans are serious enough, especially if the person appeals. In that case we need the info passed as smoothly as possible without personal comments in the way. We have a whole forum for that. Keep it there please.
Repeat offenders may see a week off the forum. Dont put us in that position plz.

Ok first off, If you are not the person submitting evidence of a hacker or an admin, please do NOT post in this forum.

Now... the simple version.

--bring up your console (~ key is the default) and type the following(only type what is in between the quotes.. not the quotes themselves.):

ANY DEMO THAT HAS NOT BEEN RECORDED USING THE STEPS BELOW WILL BE DISMISSED.

1) type "a3_record" and hit enter

2) hit your ~ key again to go back into the game.

3) find his name in the newly visible white list on your screen.

With the departure of Ryan and several other key members of the r3s1n community, opportunities for forum moderators and server admins have opened. It may take a while for server admins to be promoted through the ranks, but there was a time when this community survived thanks to the generosity of server regulars who reported rulebreakers and other problems they had.

since we have many threads about different permutations of all 3 servers im just gonna make a sticky to stay at the top. plz keep this on subject folks. as the other 2 crash and such theyll get their own stickies instead of searching for the right threads in here. hope it helps.

some handy binds are:

status (all kinds of info on someone. youll see).

condump (saved to your cs folder by default. cntrl F a word once opened to find the offending words. copy that and paste it in a thread).

clear (for when your console is 2 miles long from a long session of playing)

read the PIFF thread gixxer started in rulebreaker for using your printscreen button. does alot more than your snapshot which only takes pics of the game screen or scoreboard when ya hit tab. i explain it pretty good in that thread i think.
